WeatherEdge content, model outputs, confidence labels, market comparisons, and pricing divergence views are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
2. No autonomous trading
No autonomous trading or production execution is enabled by these terms. Users are responsible for their own decisions, accounts, counterparties, jurisdictions, and compliance with any exchange or market rules.
3. Forecast and market accuracy
Weather data, station observations, provider forecasts, market data, and model outputs can be delayed, revised, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong. WeatherEdge does not guarantee prediction accuracy, market availability, liquidity, prices, settlement outcomes, or profit.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- The current subscription price and duration are shown on the Pricing and Billing pages.
- Crypto checkout is handled by a third-party payment provider.
- Access may update after provider confirmation and network settlement.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by WeatherEdge.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or bypass paid access controls.
- Do not share account sessions, payment links, webhook secrets, or private operational endpoints.
- Do not use WeatherEdge where doing so would violate applicable laws, market rules, or platform rules.
6. Changes and availability
WeatherEdge may change features, prices, access rules, providers, or these terms as the product evolves. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, internet routing problems, or security incidents.
